Hindustan Shipyard Ltd celebrated International Women’s Day  on 08 Mar 2023 with all its women employees. The Chief Guest for the programme was Mrs Vandana Khatri, President, HS Ladies Welfare Association and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion. The event was organized to recognize and appreciate the contributions of women in HSL and to inspire them to break barriers and achieve their full potential. As a part of the celebration, HSL organized an interactive training session for women employees titled “Embrace the limitless World” by Mrs Neelima Kumari a Professional Corporate Trainer, aimed at encouraging inclusivity to meet their professional aspirations. 

Extending his warm greetings to women employees, Cmde Hemant Khatri, C&MD, HSL emphasized on the importance of work life balance and contribution of women to family, society, organization and Nation.  He also said that equal opportunities are provided to HSL women employees to enhance their decision making skills, confidence levels, and overall personality development. He encouraged them to prepare themselves for taking taking up leadership positions in the organization. 

The programme ended with cultural extravaganza by the women employees.
